Years ago I was having a lot of lower back pain and started adding Vitamin D3 to my daily diet. I thought that I may be vitamin D3 deficient and added it to my daily diet everyday. It's been over 8 years and I have not had any lower back pain again other than a few days in 8 plus years.
I recommend taking a good multivitamin, Omega 3, CoQ-10 and adding to your daily needs from those excellent supplemens. Add a vitamin D3 supplement if your multivitamin doesn't have enough D3 in it. Vitamin D3 may be the cheapest and most effective vitamin supplement you can take.
